How it works

Northavi SEO finds the SEO work, decides what matters, carries supported changes through, and verifies the result.

It runs on NRTHIQ, our proprietary SEO operating system. From first signal to verified change, NRTHIQ keeps the work moving and brings you in only where your judgment is needed.

The operating loop

Northavi SEO runs on NRTHIQ. One loop, run continuously.

NRTHIQ is the operating system we built for this work, not a task list handed to you. Every piece of work passes through the same states. Verified work is measured and feeds the next pass; anything that fails is recovered or raised as a specific exception.

  1. 01

    Discover

Continuously checks your site, your Google Search Console and Analytics data, what Google has indexed, and your visibility on Maps across your service area.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Separates real problems and opportunities from noise, and decides what deserves attention, using measured demand and evidence rather than a generic checklist.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Creates the actual change: a rewritten title, a corrected structure, structured data, an internal link, or a full draft page. Never a vague task for you to figure out.

  4. 04

    Authorize

Routine, reversible work keeps moving on its own. Anything visitors will read, or anything with business weight, waits for approval with the change shown in full.

  5. 05

    Execute

On supported sites, NRTHIQ makes the change itself, one change at a time, after confirming the page hasn't moved since the fix was prepared.

  6. 06

    Verify

Fetches the live page again and confirms the change landed and behaves as intended. A change isn't done until it's confirmed.

  7. 07

    Recover and measure

A change that fails to land is retried; one that shouldn't stand can be rolled back; anything that needs a person is raised as one specific exception. Verified work stays connected to what happens next in search and in your calls and forms.

Where you come in

You make the decisions that need your judgment. Northavi SEO handles the SEO work.

Everything else stays with NRTHIQ wherever it has the capability and the authority to act. Where it doesn't, the work is prepared and handed over, and it says so.

  • Approve

Changes with business weight: a new page, a rewritten title or heading, structured data that describes your business.

  • Confirm

Facts NRTHIQ can't safely infer: the services you offer, the places you serve, hours, credentials.

  • Connect

Accounts where your authorization is required: Google Search Console and Analytics, your Google Business Profile details, your website.

Getting started

The first month is mostly connecting and measuring.

  1. 01

    Connect

You give NRTHIQ access to Google Search Console and Analytics, your Google Business Profile details, and your website. On WordPress that's a small companion plugin.

  2. 02

    Baseline

Before anything changes, NRTHIQ records where you stand: what Google has indexed, technical health, local visibility, and the calls and forms search is producing.

  3. 03

    First pass

A full crawl and audit, scored by what each item is likely to be worth to your business. You get the assessment in plain language and the first decisions that need you.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

From then on the loop runs continuously, and you see what was done and what it did.

What you receive

A report you can read in five minutes, and a person who'll talk you through it.

The report says four things: what was found, what was done, what changed in search and in your calls and forms, and what needs a decision from you. It is written in the language of your business.

Behind it is human review: what the system proposes is checked, hand-only work is handled, and there is a person you talk to. The system does not replace the conversation.
