What this covers

This page describes what information the Northavi SEO website collects and how it is used. It is written in plain language and applies to this website only. Work Northavi SEO performs for a client is governed by that client's agreement.

What we collect

The assessment form. When you request an assessment we receive what you type: your name, email address, website address, the kind of business you run, and, if you give them, a phone number and a message. We also record the network address the request came from, which is used only to limit abuse of the form.

Site analytics. When configured, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, from what kind of device, and roughly where from. Google sets cookies to do this. We do not use the data to identify you personally.

What it is used for

  • To respond to your request and run the assessment on the website you gave us.
  • To limit abuse of the form.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

What it is not used for

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list or automated sales sequence because you filled in a form.

Who else sees it

The providers that host this site and its database, deliver our email, and provide analytics process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Nobody else receives it unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

An inquiry is kept for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep a record of our contact. If you would like it deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
